Brief: [Balance Beam] To design a 'Balance Beam' kit that is suitable for domestic indoor use, predominately with bare feet.
It will be based around set lengths of aluminium tube and must be easily and safely adjustable to different angles of incline- without the use of tools.
Regarding the different angles, this must be done without the need to manufacture different stands - but rather using the one adjustable stand.
Once adjusted to the required angle, the 'free-moving' end of the tube must not be allowed to slide across the floor (or damage the floor), or slip out of it's set angle of incline.

Brief: [Sense Pod] To create a concept and prototype for a device to help remote workers find the ideal location to work in, whilst out and about - but also record each location as a list of favourites.

The outcome of the Sense Pod design, was a hand held/table top device that combined embedded air quality sensors (including ppm CO2), a noise level sensor/SLM and a light level/lux sensor. These would log your surroundings to not only remind you to open a window or get some fresh air with the air quality drops, but also help log healthy working environments.

The Sense Pod was nominated for a 2014 RSA Design Awards
